Thieves arrested in Palermo after shoplifting and chase

The State Police arrested A.S., 35 years old, and K.S., 26 years old, accused of aggravated theft in collusion and receiving stolen property. The two entered a clothing store on Via Cavour, took five outfits, and fled on a scooter towards Via Roma. After a chase, they were apprehended. In the woman’s backpack, 24 doses of crack were found, while the man had a knife in his pocket. The scooter they were riding was stolen and returned to the rightful owner. The man had an order for location due to a security measure.
