A 55-year-old shepherd, Rosario Alaimo from Naro, died due to an accident while grazing his flock of sheep in the countryside. The man slipped down a slope and fell into a ditch. A passerby, upon seeing the scattered sheep and the dog, looked around and noticed the corpse. The carabinieri reconstructed the events, and the firefighters from the Canicattì detachment recovered the body.
