Teenager from Castel di Lucio in critical condition after incident returning from a party.

A 16-year-old boy is in critical condition after a motorcycle accident on a provincial road in Italy. The young boy was returning home from a party when he fell from his moped at around 3am. The impact with the asphalt was severe, leaving the boy unconscious on the ground until a passing driver noticed him and called for help. He was initially taken to a nearby hospital before being transferred to the Polyclinic in Messina by helicopter. Doctors have identified significant head and lung injuries and the boy’s prognosis is uncertain.
