Silvana Saguto, former judge and president of the prevention measures of the Palermo court, remains in prison, as well as her husband Lorenzo Caramma and lawyer Gaetano Cappellano Seminara. The court of appeal of Caltanissetta rejected the appeals for the execution incident of the defendants’ lawyers, except for Provenzano, for whom the execution order issued by the general prosecutor’s office of Caltanissetta on October 20 was annulled. The former judge is in prison in Rome for safety reasons, while her husband is hospitalized and Cappellano Seminara is detained in Bollate prison. Provenzano, who will be released in the next few hours, is in Rebibbia.
