Sicily by Car acquires 100% stake in two Croatian companies

The Palermo-based company Sicily by Car (SBC:IM), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, one of the main players in the short and medium term leisure car rental sector, announces that it has signed a binding agreement with the shareholders of Nova Gratia d.o.o. and Auto Dalmacija d.o.o., both Croatian companies based in Trogir, Croatia, for the purchase of 100% of the share capital of the two companies. The operation brings the Sicilian company into the Croatian market and was announced with the phrase “We are in Croatia” on a photo posted on the company’s Facebook page.
