After the attack on the owner of a nursing home in Scicli and his son, the suspects tried to escape but were quickly intercepted. The search efforts resulted in the quick identification of the two alleged attackers. The two brothers, both with criminal records, were caught in Calabria while attempting to flee on the highway. The injured suspects were taken to the ophthalmology department of Maria Paternò Arezzo Hospital in Ragusa for treatment. The investigation, carried out by the Carabinieri, aims to determine the motive behind the attack and provide answers to the many questions raised.
