Salaparuta man fires modified gun at carabinieri
A 19-year-old was arrested by the Carabinieri in Salaparuta after he failed to stop at a roadblock and fired two shots with a toy gun lacking the red cap. He was charged with resisting a public official and carrying weapons or objects designed to cause harm. The teenager was caught after a chase and placed under house arrest, but he fled the next day and was re-arrested for evasion. He was later released with the obligation to report to the police.
