Rigged competitions in Trapani, even the president of the City Council under house arrest

The president of the municipal council of Trapani, Anna Lisa Bianco, is among the 17 people being investigated in the Aspide operation by the Trapani finance police. Bianco has been placed under house arrest. The investigation also led to the arrest of several other individuals, including the director of the Asp, a former manager of the Asp, and various other officials and employees. The investigation was carried out by the Economic-Financial Police Unit of the Trapani provincial command, and coordinated by public prosecutors Sara Morri and Francesca Urbani. The measures were ordered by the Trapani court judge Caterina Brignone.
