Pedestrian hit by tram in Palermo, hospitalized

A man was hit by a tram on Corso dei Mille, near the Piazza hotel management institute. The victim was trapped between the tracks and the wall along the tracks. He was rescued by a motorist and taken to Buccheri La Ferla hospital. “Rescue teams were sent,” say officials from Amat, “but no one was found near the scene of the accident. We have retrieved the footage to reconstruct what happened and determine liability.”
