Pantelleria: Three Landings on Ferragosto

Between August 14th and 15th, a total of 79 migrants arrived in Pantelleria. There were three separate instances of migrants arriving by boat. On August 14th, the first boat arrived with 54 migrants onboard, followed by another one with 22 passengers. Finally, on August 15th, a small boat carrying three migrants arrived. All of them are of Tunisian nationality. Currently, preparations are being made to transfer them to Trapani.
