Palagonia municipality dissolution, Tar orders government to deposit documents

The government has been ordered to file all documents related to the dissolution of the municipality of Palagonia within two months. This decision was made by the Regional Administrative Court of Lazio in response to a challenge from the former administrators of the city. The dissolution of the council was due to alleged interference from organized crime, following the murder of a councilor and the involvement of another administrator in a legal case. The court has set a hearing for April 24, 2024 to review the case in detail and has requested all relevant documents to be submitted within 60 days.
