Nice weather returns to Sicily on the weekend: temperatures above 25 degrees, sunny for May 1st.
The anomalous cold weather in Sicily these days is about to end. From tomorrow the good weather will return and on Sunday the summer heat should also return, with temperatures exceeding 25 degrees, as the air arrives from North Africa.
A high-pressure system will embrace the region, guaranteeing stable and sunny weather, except for some scattered cloudiness. Specifically, on the Tyrrhenian coast and southern coast there will be mostly clear or partially cloudy skies, except for greater variability in the central hours of the day, while on the Ionian coast and inland areas there will be mostly clear or slightly cloudy skies.
During the weekend, maximum temperatures are expected to reach around 20/21°C in Catania, around 22/24°C in Palermo, 22/26°C in Messina and Agrigento. The only disturbances will be characterized by the occasional passing of some harmless high clouds or stratifications that will temporarily obscure the sun. Good weather will accompany the beginning of next week, leading up to the May 1st holiday weekend.
