The sought-after professional profile is: real estate asset management specialist, who is responsible for the Ferrovie group’s real estate assets. Applications must be submitted by April 1st.

The real estate asset management specialist must analyze the current situation of the real estate assets; monitor the real estate market, particularly rentals, and analyze the main economic indicators; maintain and update the real estate asset database; prepare the necessary documents for operations such as leases, concessions, cadastres, subdivisions, and cadastral corrections.

Candidates must have the following requirements: a high school diploma, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP RE software, Autocad software. Among the preferred requirements, possession of a degree in economics or in Architecture/Civil Engineering (to be specified at the time of application); proven experience in the role or in similar roles, and good knowledge of English. Additional skills required include teamwork, analysis, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and results orientation.
