New contract for Palermo Municipality, up to 500 euro annual raises for employees

The new decentralized contract for 2023/2025 for the employees of the Palazzo delle Aquile in Palermo includes salary increases of up to 500 euros per year for certain workers. The agreement covers 5,262 workers and provides for increased allowances for managers in various sectors, including Parks, Registry Office, Social Activities, and Schools. Additionally, there will be afternoon services for cultural events, increased allowances for various positions, and a productivity bonus. The unions involved, Csa-Cisal and Uil Fpl, expressed satisfaction with the contract but also stated that there is still more work to be done to address the needs of the employees.
