New works on the Corleone bridge, in Palermo. The Municipality, through an ordinance of the traffic and mobility office, announced interventions on Viale Regione Siciliana, direction Trapani, in the uphill lane. From tonight, Tuesday, May 14, there will be the closure of only one lane of the carriageway from 9 pm to 6 in the morning, and this will last until May 18. The construction sites have been started to allow the completion of works on the central parapet and on the beam below it.

These interventions are part of a series of works on the Corleone bridge. Just a few weeks ago, at the end of April, there were construction sites on the carriageway towards Catania. In particular, the workers appointed by the offices carried out the installation of the lateral barrier on the transitional and terminal stretches of Viale Regione Siciliana. These interventions come on the heels of the announcement, in recent days, of the start of works to build the duplication of the Corleone bridge.
