A 49-year-old woman was attacked by her own pitbull at her home on Giovanni Meli Street in Misilmeri. A neighbor called for help. The woman has multiple injuries and was transported to the emergency room at Civico Hospital by 118 healthcare workers. The carabinieri are trying to understand what triggered the dog’s fury against its owner.
