Mayor Lagalla on fatal accident in Palermo: “The pothole opened at that moment or shortly before”

The mayor of Palermo, Roberto Lagalla, released a statement regarding the fatal accident on Viale Regione Siciliana, where a 39-year-old man lost his life after falling off his scooter due to a pothole in the road.
