Nine requests for sentencing, two other defendants ask to settle and three risk being sent to trial.
The proceeding that emerged from the “Casuzze” anti-drug investigation, which disrupted a shopping tour that would have been set up between Favara and Canicattì, is divided into three sections.

Under accusation: Michele Bongiorno, 30 years old; Alisea D’Ippolito, 20 years old; Vanessa Fallea, 29 years old; Gabriele Gramaglia, 25 years old; Alexsandru Adonis Hoamea, 29 years old; Giovanni Lombardo, 27 years old; Bah Ousmane, 21 years old; Carmelo Papia, 34 years old; Floriana Pia Pullara, 21 years old; Cristina Schembri, 24 years old; Antonio Sciortino, 45 years old; Calogero Sorce, 28 years old; Angelo Stagno, 28 years old and Domenico Stagno, 21 years old.

Prosecutor Gloria Andreoli asked for the sentence of Bongiorno (2 years, 6 months and 20 days), D’Ippolito (10 months and 20 days), Lombardo (1 year and 4 months), Pullara (3 years and 8 months) , Schembri (4 years), Sciortino (3 years, 1 month and 10 days), Sorce (2 years, 3 months and 10 days), Angelo Stagno (3 years, 1 month and 10 days) and Domenico Stagno (10 months and 20 days).
The proposed sentences are reduced by one third due to the shortened procedure.
Papia and Gramaglia have asked to negotiate while Ousmane, Fallea and Hoamea have not asked for alternative rites and risk indictment.

There are 70 disputed drug transfer incidents.
The sale, mainly, concerned hashish but not only: the investigation made it possible to ascertain numerous episodes of the sale of marijuana and cocaine.
