Man accused by carabinieri of burning waste in the countryside of Scoglitti

The carabinieri have reported a 37-year-old Tunisian man caught setting fire to various types of waste on agricultural land in the area of Scoglitti. This is one of the episodes of illegal burning of agricultural material in the area’s land, the so-called “fumaroles”. The man has been reported for illegal storage and disposal of waste, while the area, about 900 square meters, has been seized.
