In the course of the operation on the illegal disposal of waste from construction works, the judge Walter Turturici has ordered house arrest for entrepreneurs Salvatore Testa, 37 years old, and Pasquale Testa, 31 years old, both from Bagheria. A presentation obligation to the Public Prosecutor’s Office has been imposed on drivers Silvio Lanza, 59 years old, Andrea Sciortino, 50 years old, both from Bagheria, and Nunzio Pompili, 36 years old, from Casteldaccia. In the same provision, the seizure of some lands, seven Iveco and Man trucks, and two mini excavators was ordered.
