The Ierophany Festival, now in its third edition, will take place from October 18th to 27th in the Archaeological Parks of Naxos-Taormina and Segesta, with artistic direction by Claudio Collovà. The theme of the Festival, promoted by the Regional Department of Cultural Heritage and Sicilian Identity, is De rerum natura, explored through various art forms such as music, workshops and cultural meetings. The Festival aims to explore the complex relationship between art and nature, with a focus on the manifestation of the sacred. The Festival will take place in Giardini Naxos from October 18th to 20th and then move to Segesta from October 25th to 27th, with cultural meetings, visits, workshops and performances open to the public. The first meeting, titled CustoDire la soglia and curated by Fulvia Toscano, will take place on October 18th in Naxos, featuring a performance by Giuseppe La Spada and Roberto Ongaro. Workshops on Butoh dance and breath dancing will also be held on October 20th and 27th, respectively.
