Heavy rain and strong winds in Sicily: yellow alert in five provinces, but stable temperatures

After the rains that characterized the evening and night of the Immaculate Conception, strong winds and a yellow alert are expected in most of Sicily for today, Saturday, December 9th. The regional civil protection has issued a warning for meteorological, hydrogeological and hydraulic risk in five provinces: Catania, Messina, Siracusa, Ragusa, and Enna. Heavy thunderstorms and strong winds with gusts of a gale are expected. According to the forecast from 3bmeteo, temperatures will remain stable on the island, with highs between 10 and 17 degrees. Wet infiltrations are causing cloudy skies and some light rain in certain areas.
