Three people were injured in an incident last night in Gravina di Catania, Italy, which initially appeared to be a burglary. However, it is now believed that the actions were carried out by a psychologically unstable individual. The 24-year-old had entered the house during a moment of confusion, not with the intention of stealing. The couple, aged 60 and 57, mistook him for an intruder and attacked him. The young man is hospitalized but not in critical condition, while the woman suffered cuts to her face and has been discharged with a 20-day prognosis. The investigation is ongoing.
