Fake football and basketball champions shirts: large seizure in Giarre

In Giarre, over 800 sports items reproducing logos of major Italian and European football teams and some NBA basketball teams were seized. If sold, they would have generated over 30 thousand euros. In a store managed by an Argentine entrepreneur, the finance police found shirts, shorts, sweatshirts, and sportswear linked to famous football clubs, both Italian and European. The items had names, logos, and colors, likely deceiving buyers. The store couldn’t provide documentation for the origin of the clothing, leading to the seizure of the products and the entrepreneur being reported for selling counterfeit products.
