Fatal accident in Chiaramonte Gulfi, where an elderly man lost control of his car and crashed into a wall. It happened in the Morana district, the eighty-five-year-old man was driving a Fiat Punto when he went off the road and the vehicle crashed into the wall that bordered the road.

The impact was very violent: despite the timely intervention of the emergency services, there was nothing they could do for the pensioner. At the scene of the accident, the police were also present to carry out investigations and reconstruct the dynamics. Just a few days ago, another serious accident occurred in the territory of Chiaramonte Gulfi: on the provincial road 10 that connects the town to Ragusa, four people were injured. The collision occurred between two cars at the intersection with contrada Cilone.

When the alarm was raised, the firefighters arrived on the scene and freed a woman from the wreckage of the car: she was hospitalized in serious condition. She was traveling in an Audi A3 with her husband. In the other cars, a Lancia Delta and a Peugeot, there were respectively a father and son and another man.
