Diletta Leotta and the student trauma: “Harassed by the gymnastics teacher”

Diletta Leotta, a 32-year-old presenter from Catania, who is expecting a baby girl, has revealed that she was sexually harassed when she was still a student. She recounted how her gym teacher slapped her on the buttocks and said something along the lines of “Can you make my cookie wet?” It was a serious incident that she had the courage to tell her father about once she got home. “I didn’t know what he meant, I didn’t understand. I immediately told my father, who is a lawyer,” she said. She also revealed the consequences for the teacher: “That teacher was immediately suspended and sent away from the school.”
