Death of entrepreneur Nino Durante, former executive of Confindustria Trapani and president of Cetima

The province of Trapani and the world of entrepreneurship mourn the death of engineer Nino Durante. He was 67 years old and had been ill since last spring. Originally from Santa Ninfa, Durante was a businessman, involved in Ance, the construction union, and for many years president of Cetima, the building workers’ fund. He had also been a manager at Confindustria in Palermo and Trapani. His entrepreneurial career began when he was young in his father’s company. Among the many works he carried out, including in northern Italy, was the restoration of the Carmine Church in Castelvetrano. Many have expressed their condolences to the family, remembering Durante’s professionalism. The funeral will take place on Wednesday at 10 am at the Mother Church in Santa Ninfa.
