It consists of very bright and comfortable three-room apartments of 55/65 square meters arranged in an amphitheater over the gulf and surrounded by a luxuriant garden of about 10,000 square meters full of citrus fruits, olive trees, tall trees, cacti and a great variety of flowers.

The apartments, extremely ventilated and fresh, are all furnished with care and personalized. Consisting of a large living room – dining room, a double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, toilet with shower, kitchen or kitchenette, they are equipped with everything you need to spend an unforgettable stay (independent heating, wall safe, fridge with freezer, kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, complete kitchen utensils).

Each apartment also has large (25 – 45 sqm) and private terraces overlooking the sea, elegantly furnished for meals and relaxation where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and relaxing candlelit dinners in front of an extraordinary panorama.

The large windows in the living room and bedroom offer a breathtaking view.

Seeing the sunrise from here is an unforgettable experience.

On clear days you can admire the Aeolian Islands.

The beautiful trees and tall hedges surrounding the apartment ensure relaxation and privacy.

All around a luxuriant and well-kept garden of about 10,000 square meters, populated by different species of birds, where the numerous citrus trees, the ancient olive trees, the tall trees, the exotic cacti and the great variety of flowers together with the breeze marina create a very pleasant microclimate.

The village (Santa Flavia) at about 800 meters offers all kinds of shops and entertainment for every need (open-air cinema, pizzerias, restaurants, sandwich shops, creperies, disco). You will also find shops with fresh fish or ready-made dishes to taste the best of Sicilian cuisine.

The Residence is in a strategic position to visit the most interesting places in Sicily:
– at about 2 km the ancient Solunto and the Baroque villas of Bagheria, the fishing villages of Porticello and Sant’Elia, the promontory of Capo Zafferano.

– a few km away the Cathedral of Monreale with its stupendous Cathedral.

From the Santa Flavia railway station by train you can easily reach Palermo (in just 15 minutes) and the medieval tourist village of Cefalu with the splendid Arab-Norman Cathedral.
