The cat had strayed into a shoddy staircase that had already been reported to the municipality and got stuck. Despite attempts to coax it out with milk, the cat refused to come out. Eventually, the firefighters removed some steps, allowing the cat to escape. The incident highlights the need for the staircase to be repaired and secured.
