A 4-year-old child was hit by a car last night in Caltanissetta. The accident occurred on Consultore Benintendi Street, where a Moroccan child was hit by a car driven by a local resident. The child was with his parents when he was struck by the driver. Fortunately, he only suffered a fractured leg. The driver admitted to not seeing the child on the road. Emergency services arrived at the scene and the child was transported by ambulance to the emergency room. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
