B&B Casavostra Al Parco – Catania

Our guest house is located in Catania city of art, in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural testimonies, in a quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view offered by the Gioeni Park. It is often chosen because it is new, because it is well connected to the main city arteries.

It offers its guests 3 rooms, of which only two are available on the online platforms, while the third is only available after telephone contact.

Those who want to use the holiday bonus are welcome, and if they only have a few days available, it is possible to offer them some extras including by way of example:

For sportsmen and mountain lovers:
Excursion from sunrise to sunset for two people 120 €.
Descent of Etna at “zero gravity” 120 €

For cooking lovers:
Romantic dinner on the terrace with catering, price and availability to be agreed in advance.

The structure is also close to the University Citadel, the Morgagni Clinic, the Giibino Nursing Home, the Art Institute, as well as a few meters from Via Etnea, and a 10-minute walk from the Milo and Borgo stops (there is a bus to reach them).

Location
Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in the places to stay, for conferences and business trips, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment, for all those who wish to spend a some time in an unspoiled natural environment.

Structure features
Our customers have a private bathroom in each room, 4k smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, free wifi, heated (in winter) and cooled (in summer) rooms, possibility to return at any time of the night, parking space , a lovely garden, kitchenette, and large terrace.
Parking is free in the public street, which in the most useful hours for guests is usually free and with ample availability for parking.
A parking space is available to park inside the structure. Since most of our customers prefer to park outside, the parking space is usually free and in this case it is possible to choose to occupy it upon arrival or during the stay. In order to guarantee a place, however, it is advisable to request it at the time of booking, at a cost of € 5 per night for direct bookings. 8 euros per night for bookings through portals other than this one.

Electric bikes and mountain bikes are also available (with supplement), please ask for confirmation of availability before booking.

Our rooms
The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with hairdryer, internet access, TV, mirror and luggage rack, minibar.
