The President of the Sicilian Region, Renato Schifani, was involved in a road accident in Agrigento. His condition is not a cause for concern. As a precaution, he was taken to the emergency room at the San Giovanni di Dio hospital in Agrigento, where tests were carried out. He was discharged after about an hour. “I’m feeling better,” he told the Italpress agency upon leaving the hospital.
