Agrigento: Fear on Crispi Street as Bus Loaded with Passengers Catches Fire.

There was a fire in an extra-urban bus on Francesco Crispi street in Agrigento. The bus was immediately evacuated and people on board fled in panic. Within a few minutes, a large part of the bus was engulfed in flames due to the release of flammable liquid from the engine compartment. The area was closed to traffic to allow firefighters to arrive. Traffic in the central area of the city was severely affected. The municipal police arrived to manage the traffic. There were no reported injuries, and investigations are underway to determine the cause of the fire.
