Arrest in Palermo for allegations of abusing a thirteen-year-old.

Italian Carabinieri have arrested a 48-year-old man from Palermo, accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy who had accepted the man’s invitations due to their family friendship and the small gifts he would give. Investigations by the military have revealed that the abuses occurred last year in a small town in the Palermo area. The investigators, coordinated by the Termini Imerese prosecutor’s office, are determining if there are other victims of the man. The boy’s parents, assisted by lawyer Antonio Di Lorenzo, filed the complaint. The arrested man has denied all charges and attempted suicide.
