The property is a short walk from the city center and is located within two historic courtyards and a magnificent garden that make the environment quiet and peaceful.

The palace was already built in the 11th century. In 1538 the present Cortile Lampedusa was built. Subsequently two of the most important palaces of the Palermo aristocracy of the end of the 16th century were built: the palace of the Counts of Raccuia and that of Cesare and Ottaviano d’Aragona.
