We rent several apartments inside the Andrea Doria Residence, all with the same subdivision, features and services, all with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room, covered veranda and a reserved parking space.

There are two types of holiday homes inside the Andrea Doria Residence: “First Floor with Veranda” and “Ground Floor with large outdoor spaces”. For both types the subdivision of the interior spaces and of the characteristics are identical, they differ only in the dimensions of the external spaces, which are slightly larger on the ground floor.

The apartments have:

– Laundry room with washing machine.

– Large kitchen / living room with kitchen equipped with everything you need
– Sofa bed ideal to accommodate up to 6 people (the sofa bed has an additional cost compared to the price list, please ask for information if you are more than 4 people).

– Covered veranda furnished with tables and chairs, in order to have meals in the open air. The veranda is also equipped with a charcoal barbecue.

– A private parking space.

The houses, therefore, are ideal for hosting from 2 to 6 people thanks to the presence of the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room present in all the apartments.

Position:
The beach is practically in front of the Residence Andrea Doria, you just need to open the entrance gate and cross the road. The distance is only 100 meters. The beach is sandy and is a “pre-reserve” area, in fact after a few hundred meters the protected area of ​​the “Irminio River Nature Reserve” begins, certainly among the most beautiful of the coast.

The area is well served by bars, supermarkets, tobacconists, equipped beaches and restaurants within walking distance of the center of Marina di Ragusa. The closest supermarket is 500 meters away, also on the Lungomare Andrea Doria. The first nearest beach, for renting sun beds and umbrellas, is 200 meters away, while the second is 350 meters away.

The town center is represented by Piazza Duca Degli Abruzzi, 1, 3 km away and easily accessible on foot. A pleasant walk along the Andrea Doria seafront, practically on the seashore.

In two hours you can reach Catania, Taormina and Agrigento.
