Azienda Agricola Chiusa di Carlo – Avola

Located in the vicinity of Avola, in the province of Syracuse, the Chiusa di Carlo farm is part of a wonderful estate of about 40 hectares, mainly cultivated with citrus fruits.

In the background there is a beam dating back to the nineteenth century and represents one of the few cases of this type of construction present in eastern Sicily.

Restored, with particular attention to materials and details, it contains the courtyard on which all the rooms of the farmhouse and the main house overlook.

The rooms, all with fine finishes, enjoy all the comforts (air conditioning, LCD TV, minibar and safe) for a stay even in winter including free INTERNET WI FI connection.

The types of accommodation are: standard, with mezzanine, with kitchenette. There is a large swimming pool (18×11) and the wellness center.

Inside the fund there are numerous narrow streets lined with rows of pine trees for pleasant walks or bike rides immersed in nature.

Despite being immersed in the countryside, the farmhouse is a few hundred meters from the sea which can also be accessed on foot.
