FI’s disciplinary board suspends decisions on Tamajo and Zacco

Today, the National College of Judges met to examine the appeal filed urgently by Edy Tamajo and Ottavio Zacco against the decision taken against them. The College decided to suspend the executive effectiveness of the measure immediately, pending further examination of the reasons for the appeal. This decision will be reserved until the conclusion of the investigation. This is what is stated in a note from the national College of Judges of Forza Italia.

The two members of Forza Italia had been suspended for 20 days following an appeal filed with the College of Judges by the Vice President of the Chamber, Giorgio Mulè.
