88-year-old hit and run driver tracked down after hitting man on scooter in Sciacca

An 88-year-old driver who hit a man on his scooter in Sciacca has been tracked down after fleeing the scene. The elderly driver did not stop to help the 60-year-old man who was seriously injured in the accident and had to be transported to the hospital in critical condition.
