60-year-old man reported for burning waste in Siracusa area

A 60-year-old man from Melilli, in the province of Syracuse, was reported for burning waste in an area adjacent to an Enel cabin, where a small dump was located. During a patrol, municipal police officers received a report about suspicious fires. They intervened with the fire brigade to extinguish the flames. The man was identified thanks to fixed and mobile video surveillance systems. He is now facing charges for his actions.
