43rd CIESM Congress in Palermo: Mediterranean future between alarms and hopes

The 43rd Congress of the CIESM (International Commission for the Scientific Exploration of the Mediterranean) concluded in the presence of His Serene Highness, Prince Albert II of Monaco.
