2 more councillors in Agrigento join Cuffaro’s party, adding to DC’s new support
The Dc’s purchasing campaign continues, this time in Agrigento. Two more city councilors have chosen to join Totò Cuffaro’s party: Roberta Zicari and Pietro Vitellaro. They join Pasquale Spataro and Alessia Bongiovì, who had embraced the Christian Democratic political project in recent weeks. The number of Christian Democratic councilors in the Sollano hall now reaches four. This presence could lead to new balances within the council. “We have chosen to team up to bring the needs and problems of the people to the center of politics,” say Zicari and Vitellaro. The Christian Democracy is a party where many young people militate: centrist, pluralistic, Europeanist, inspired by Sturzo, capable of accommodating different sensitivities united by the desire to do, to work for the common good.”
