Three cars set on fire in Palermo and Monreale

Three cars were set on fire last night between Palermo and the province. The fires also damaged other parked cars nearby. The first incident took place in Monreale on Venero Street, where a 37-year-old woman’s Fiat 500 went up in flames; a Volkswagen Polo was also damaged. A second fire occurred on Fausto Coppi Street in the Zen area. A 29-year-old girl’s Lancia Y was set on fire. Finally, in San Nicola Street in Zen, a 52-year-old woman’s Fiat Panda was damaged. The firefighters intervened to extinguish the fires. The investigations are being carried out by the Carabinieri.
