Death of Gnoffo in Palermo, collision between two motorcycles before crash

There is a clash with another motorcycle at the origin of the road accident that yesterday evening, May 31, cost the life of an 18-year-old boy from Palermo, Simone Gnoffo. While the municipal police investigations are ongoing, the first elements are emerging. The accident occurred on Via Pietro Bonanno in Palermo, the road that climbs along Mount Pellegrino, near Castello Utveggio. With his motorcycle, Simone hit a pole. But apparently the boy riding his Kawasaki had first hit a Motron, whose driver ended up in the emergency room in yellow code. On the Kawasaki with Gnoffo, however, there was another young man, who instead suffered two fractures. Gnoffo was wearing a helmet, according to what they say at the municipal police. The eighteen-year-old died in hospital at Villa Sofia, despite attempts to save him. He had recently turned 18.
