Young Senegalese racist aggression: "Palermitans who defended Kande are real"
"The aggression suffered by a Senegalese boy from Palermo on Saturday is a very serious act of gratuitous violence, which reflects the climate of xenophobia that is spreading throughout the country. Fortunately, the authors are a minority that does not represent Palermo and we are happy to know that the boy was defended by the real Palermitans. The Council of Cultures is alongside Kande and his family and we are sure that the authorities will do everything to ensure that his aggression does not go unpunished, "said Ibrahima Kobena, president of the Council of Cultures of the Municipality of Palermo.
