Tomorrow (August 9th), there will be inconvenience for travelers on the A18 Catania-Messina highway. The Giardini Naxos exit (km. 41+253) will be closed for five hours (from 5am to 7pm) specifically for vehicles coming from Messina and heading towards Catania. This closure is part of the planned maintenance works for the electrical systems, lighting systems, and electrical cabins serving the tunnels, exits, toll booths, and offices, as well as the ventilation systems serving the tunnels.
