When Totò Riina was arrested: "In prison the guards shouted 'shut up, prisoner'"
When the mafia boss Totò Riina, after the arrest on January 15, 1993, addressed the prison staff, the agents replied: "Shut up, prisoner!". This is what the magistrate Piercamillo Davigo says in a report dated 20 September 2012. The judge said he learned it from Francesco Di Maggio, the former deputy head of the Dap from June 1993 until 1994. Mario Mori's defense is now asking to acquire him in the appeal process on the negotiation between the state and the mafia in Palermo.
