A lamppost fell onto the road in Trapani, Italy, but fortunately no one was crossing at that moment. The incident occurred due to the strong scirocco wind that has been affecting the city recently. Luckily, there were no serious consequences as the road was not heavily trafficked at the time due to heavy rain. The municipal police and firefighters quickly responded to the scene, cordoning off the area and removing the fallen lamppost. This incident follows a similar close call in August when a large sign almost collapsed on five tourists in Trapani.
