Volotea launches from Comiso, new connections to Verona and Turin

Explain to me briefly the following article
From tomorrow (March 21) the new routes departing from Verona of Volotea, the low-cost airline of small and medium-sized European cities, will start. The carrier will inaugurate tomorrow, Thursday, March 21, the new connection to Comiso, while from March 22 the new international routes to Madrid and Prague will start. Furthermore, for the following day, March 23, the start of 2 new foreign routes is scheduled, Copenhagen and Valencia.

With these 5 novelties, the destinations reachable from Catullo aboard Volotea aircraft become 20, 9 in Italy and 11 abroad. In addition, the low cost has allocated a new Airbus A320 aircraft to Catullo, thus providing employment to 30 more direct and more than 170 indirect people.

“Verona confirms itself as a strategically important hub for Volotea’s development plans – says Valeria Rebasti, International Market Director of Volotea -. We continue to work closely with the airports of Verona and Venice, in order to offer passengers direct and fast connections to reach an increasing number of destinations”.
