Ukrainian drug pusher in Castelbuono, partially annulled ordinance

Ukrainian drug dealer Andrii Besarab, arrested for selling hashish in Castelbuono, will no longer be subject to house arrest from 7pm to 7am, following a partial acceptance of his lawyer’s request for review. The Palermo court deemed the 25-year-old’s crime to be of “minor significance,” and he will now only be required to sign in with the judicial authorities.
